DATA ANLYSIS
STRATEGIC PLANNING
Strategic planning is based on the need to look at a horizon 4 weeks to 12 months into the future or further. Detail extrapolation from SAP is requried to model this informaiton. The best way to present this data is in graphical forms for long term daily, weekly, or month views. You can also utilize the Rough Cut Capacity Plan or RCCP.
ACCESS DATABASE ANALYSIS
Database analysis allows the opportunity to plan and dissect information systems that do not have data compiled in easily accessible locations or is not stored in aggregate forms needed to plan a specific package. Queries, tables and reports can be a powerful tool to emulate ERP systems where they do not exist.

LEAN SIX SIGMA Green belt
Our Green Belt certification is based on yielding $200K in savings on an annual basis. I was able to accomplish this by a "fair share" model of a specific raw material we used around the entire U.S. Instead of re-ordering this raw material, I started a data tracker and an alliance between all of the production facilities to share this raw material. In turn, this reduced about $250K in excess purchases on an ongoing basis. Below are tools used in the Lean Six Sigma process.
